In the meantime, I’ll make a couple of notes.
I usually organize supplements into AM (morning), PM+ (between 12-2) and PM (evening).
Whenever I am working with a patient, I typically optimize their core protocol first, and then, fill out the additional categories: core, food-based, therapeutic and symptomatic.
Supplements are not for everyone, and different people do well with different formations. For example, sublingual, chewable, powder, capsule, etc.
I organize everything personally and professionally through my supplement dispensary. For 15% off and to see my favorite brands and recommendations, check here.
I feel like it is trending to take less supplements. I, personally, don’t have a goal of less or more or to get off of my supplements but always the intention to stay on what works best for my body and mind. The body, and in this case, my body is talkative, and I have all the faith in the world that she will tell me when it is time to make a change.
Here we go! This is a breakdown of exactly what I take day in and day out with notes on what I took before and will take after pregnancy.
